SENCON EXPO is the international construction exhibition, the most important exhibition in West Africa for all those working in the construction sector.

We decided to participate with an evocative and technological stand, Cairopro was inside the pavilion dedicated to Italian companies, for us it was an opportunity to grow up and meet professionals, entrepreneurs and students who passed by our stand.

We focused on technology, using a VR oculus to show the interiors of the loft on the top floor of the BCEO tower to will be built in the Dakar Palteau business district. This in a immersive technology allows our clients themselves in the designed spaces. As architects, we find it essential to convey the evolution of the interior and exterior space, the shapes, and to show the details of the finishes and furniture we propose.

During the EXPO, we met the Italian Ambassador Giovanni Umberto De Vito as well as the Minister of Culture and Historical Heritage of Senegal Aliou Sow who stopped by our stand for a few minutes.

We met people from more than 5 different countries: Senegal, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Lebanon and Italy, companies already present in Senegal and companies active in their respective countries that see West Africa as a possible new market to operate in.

Cairepro has been active in West African countries for five years. In 2022, Caire Africa, a sister company, was established. In the same year, we opened an office in Dakar to managing relationships in Senegal and to promote real estate consulting activities dedicated to the African market. Our approach is inclusive and proactive, networking the knowledge and experience of our Italian and Senegalese technicians, offering an integrated service in the field of architecture and engineering.
