Giubile 2025

The Jubilee 2025 Plan includes the execution of over 500 projects. The investment is aimed at carrying out a series of redevelopment, modernization, and upgrading interventions across the city of Rome, its cultural heritage, and infrastructure, in preparation for the Holy Year 2025.

The Ministry of Culture, through the Jubilee 2025 S.p.A. company, published a tender for a Framework Agreement that involves funding 50 interventions, divided into 4 lots according to the total value of the works. These are part of the funding within the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).

Cairepro has won the second most important lot, with a total value of €8,470,000.

The tender was awarded to Cairepro (Lead Partner), an architecture and engineering firm that implements an integrated design process across disciplines: architecture, structural engineering, systems, and safety. Several entities involved in the design group (Design Partners) include: arch. Daniela Borgese, arch. Andrea Gratteri, and arch. Martina Farias of ACAIA61STUDIO in Rome, who have experience in architectural design for Restoration and Archaeology; Archeosistemi, a company operating in the cultural sector, focusing on Archaeology, Restoration, and Museum Installations; Studio Silva for landscape aspects; and Geologist Roberto Farioli for geological studies.

The awarded lot of the Framework Agreement involves 13 different interventions on the built heritage across the Municipality of Rome. These include ecclesiastical buildings, archaeological sites, and museums. Expertise and activities are required in architectural restoration, rehabilitation, cleaning, enhancement, museography, accessibility improvement, structural investigations, wall consolidation, systems work, light design, landscape organization, security, and site protection.
