This subsidized housing building is included in the Detailed Plan for Canali. The ground floor it houses small and medium sized commercial areas and a large pedestrian square.
Inside, apartments of various sizes and types have been designed. The main facade on the south side is characterized by large balconies supported by a light metal structure.
Another feature of the facade is a tight-knit mesh of brise-soleil made from yellow and orange expanded metal, two dominant colours in the surrounding countryside of Emilia.
