Résidence Safiétou is taking shape in Dakar: a residential complex in the Yoff district designed for Réalités Sénégal.
The architectural design, developed by CAIREAFRICA, CAIREPRO’s Dakar-based subsidiary, is rooted in a careful reading of the local context and of contemporary housing needs. The project defines a residential complex with a contemporary character, closely connected to its setting through architectural and material choices that reflect the identity of Dakar.
The team is also responsible for construction supervision, ensuring direct oversight of the works through to completion.
Réalités Sénégal’s video takes us directly to the construction site, during the final stages of the works.
