The work conducted by CAIREPRO in collaboration with the Spanish firm We-ARCHITECT has led to an increase in the capacity of social campuses. Thanks to a new modularity and layout of the rooms, the current bed spaces from 2.952, will become 5.517.
The designers have devised new solutions to offer spaces for all activities related to university life: study and reading rooms, specific rooms for laundry and clothes drying and spaces for socializing.
The architectures that present degraded pathologies will be repaired with sustainable building solutions that adequately respond to the intensive use of buildings.
