{"id":9094,"date":"2026-07-16T13:16:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T13:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cairepro.it\/?p=9094"},"modified":"2026-07-16T13:22:37","modified_gmt":"2026-07-16T13:22:37","slug":"condominio-premuda-torre-a-completati-i-lavori","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cairepro.it\/en\/premuda-tower-a-works-completed\/","title":{"rendered":"Premuda Tower: redevelopment works completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The energy refurbishment works on the Premuda Tower A in Reggio Emilia have been completed, carried out under Italy\u2019s Superbonus 110% incentive scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>With its 15 above-ground floors, the tower is one of the three tallest residential and office buildings in the province and includes 56 property units, four of which are used for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The intervention <strong>improved the building\u2019s energy performance <\/strong>by two classes through the replacement of the existing <strong>external insulation system<\/strong>, the <strong>thermal insulation of the<\/strong> <strong>roof<\/strong>, and the renewal of windows and entrance doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The new colour composition replaces the previous grey scale, reducing the visual impact of the building and enhancing its architectural forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>CAIREPRO followed the project from the preliminary phase through to detailed design, as well as construction supervision and safety coordination, ensuring integrated management of the different construction phases and the many works carried out on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cairepro.it\/en\/project\/premuda-tower-a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Discover the project details<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The energy refurbishment works on the Premuda Tower A in Reggio Emilia have been completed, carried out under Italy\u2019s Superbonus 110% incentive scheme.
