{"id":9685,"date":"2026-10-09T09:49:51","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T09:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cairepro.it\/?p=9685"},"modified":"2026-10-09T10:03:02","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T10:03:02","slug":"saie-bologna-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cairepro.it\/en\/saie-bologna-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"SAIE Bologna 2026 &#8211; The future of construction needs specialist companies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As projects become increasingly complex, coordinating different specialist skills becomes more and more important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was one of the central themes of the conference held at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saiebologna.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow sponsored\">SAIE Bologna 2026<\/a>, the trade fair dedicated to the construction supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion highlighted the importance of involving specialists at the right stage and of reviewing design choices before construction begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representing CAIREPRO, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oice.it\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow sponsored\">OICE <\/a>member and engineering company, President Nello Tafuro took part in the debate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cNeither full delegation nor the illusion of self-sufficiency, but a design coordination process that involves specialists at the right time. Designers cannot expect to know everything, but nor can they fully delegate the definition of individual systems to specialists. Their know-how must contribute to building a coherent, performance-based and truly buildable project.
