Residence with ocean views
The architectural design of Rahma Residence is located in the Ngor Virage district of Dakar, close to Les Almadies and the Atlantic coast. The complex is conceived as a contemporary residential building, where the organisation of the apartments and shared spaces enhances natural light and the relationship with the surrounding context.
The residential units, available with one or two bedrooms, are organised to provide functional and bright interiors, with a layout focused on the quality of indoor spaces and the relationship between private areas and shared services.
Shared spaces and services
The project includes a landscaped rooftop with panoramic ocean views, a gym, a multipurpose room and a children’s play area. A two-level underground car park completes the facilities of the complex. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2027.
