Cooperation and development at the centre of the meeting with the Consul General of Senegal

CAIREPRO took part in the meeting with S.E. Djibril Fofana, Consul General of the Republic of Senegal in Milan, held at the headquarters of Fondazione E35.

The discussion focused on prospects for cooperation between Senegalese institutions and the business and association networks of Reggio Emilia. For CAIREPRO, it was an opportunity to share the experience developed through CAIREAFRICA, which is involved in several projects in Senegal, including public buildings, infrastructure, training spaces and local services.

The exchange confirmed the importance of intercultural and institutional dialogue in building concrete synergies and developing initiatives capable of responding to the real needs of local territories.

The meeting was also attended by the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, Unimore, the Mondinsieme Intercultural Centerand and the local Senegalese community.
