Administrative and Finance Manager, Pier Paolo joined CAIREPRO in 2019 and became a partner in 2025. He is responsible for the company’s financial management, coordinating processes, relationships and tools that support strategic decision-making.

His main contribution lies in turning complexity into clear, readable data, anticipating trends and making them understandable to the partners, with the aim of safeguarding the company’s economic, financial and asset balance over time.

Originally from Latina, he has always viewed the world through numbers: as a child, he would count cars by category, the windows of buildings and the population of the cities he visited. A natural inclination that has become an integral part of his professional path.
