Responsible for operational continuity and project organisation, Prisca plays a central role in coordinating the company’s activities. Since 2021, she has been Head of Production, with responsibility for planning, management control and operational efficiency.

She has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Bologna, alongside roles in organisational management and control, strengthening her expertise in managing complex business processes.

A partner since 2025, she contributes to the company’s development with technical rigour, managerial vision and a results-oriented approach, translating operational complexity into productive efficiency.
