Retail and Offices, Residential
The project concerns the architectural design of the university campus administrative headquarters, conceived to accommodate management functions and representative spaces serving the entire complex. The building is arranged over two levels, with a total area of approximately 1.000 sqm, and is complemented by a parking area with 15 spaces for staff and visitors.
The ground floor includes open-plan administrative offices, a multipurpose room and a cafeteria, while the first floor accommodates management offices, rooms for department heads and meeting rooms.
The compact layout is organised around a central core containing the staircase and lift, ensuring simple routes and efficient connections between all spaces.
The building is defined by wide overhanging roofs and sun-shading elements extending across the facades, helping to control solar exposure and support natural ventilation. The combination of solid surfaces, openings and screening systems gives the building a contemporary and distinctive identity within the campus.
