A passionate photographer with an analytical mindset, he has been part of CAIREPRO since 1993 and a partner since 2001. He leads the Tender Office, coordinating strategy, technical content, and design vision across competitive procedures.

Under his direction, the department has contributed to securing major commissions, including the international competition for the redevelopment of Piazza della Vittoria, the Parco Ottavi Early Childhood Center in Reggio Emilia, and 13 projects for the Jubilee 2025 in Rome. He turns each tender into a structured process where rigor, creativity, and pragmatism converge toward a common goal: generating value through design.
