New retail and office hub

The project involved the construction of a building composed of three simple volumes, designed to enhance the southern entrance to Bagnolo along the main road.
Building heights were defined in continuity with the surrounding context, with a regular profile that helps integrate the new development into the existing urban fabric.

Architecture and context integration

Material choices draw on local building traditions, such as brick and plaster, reinterpreted in a contemporary way. The ground floor is dedicated to retail functions, while the upper levels accommodate office and business activities.

Particular attention was given to the design of external areas and surrounding public green spaces, with the aim of creating a clear and coherent urban environment aligned with its context.
