Residential building and urban spaces

The building integrates residential and commercial functions, contributing to the creation of an articulated and liveable urban system.

Small and medium-sized retail spaces are located on the ground floor, facing a large pedestrian square that forms a central element of the project. The square is designed to encourage social interaction and support the use of public space.

Architecture and composition

The building is developed as a linear volume, with its main axis oriented north–south and a largely symmetrical plan. The apartments, varying in size and type, are organised to ensure residential quality and layout flexibility.

The main south-facing facade is characterised by large balconies supported by a light metal structure, which helps define the compositional rhythm of the building. This is combined with a system of expanded metal sunshades, in yellow and orange tones, recalling the colours of the Emilia countryside while helping to control solar exposure.
