Urban regeneration and new office district

The Regina Margherita Office Centre project was developed as an urban regeneration scheme on a formerly disused industrial site.

Located within a dense urban context, the area was transformed through a comprehensive project that included infrastructure works and the redesign of public spaces.

Architectural layout and spatial organisation

The project is composed of three buildings arranged in a U-shaped layout, creating an open space facing the main road, used as a public square and parking area. This configuration defines a recognisable urban system and strengthens the relationship between the buildings and the shared space.

The architectural language combines brick and Trani stone, creating an image that is consistent with the surrounding context while maintaining a contemporary character.

Urban quality and environmental integration

Particular attention was given to open spaces and green areas, designed to ensure adequate soil permeability and improve the overall environmental quality of the project.
